Your Baby's Cool Styles

Would you be glad seeing your baby wearing the coolest styles in town? Or perhaps those clothes that are considered to be retro-inspired, trendy and even fashionable? And who thinks babies are not included in the fashion's world so to speak? Babies are gorgeous models! Who knows? And parents can be filled with glee just watching their tots wearing those baby clothes that once they wore during their younger days, LOL! But you have to check these baby clothes online so you would know what I am talking about.
There are lots of types which you can choose from when shopping for your baby clothes such as designer baby clothes, and trendy designs for your infants or toddlers. In fact, I am bookmarking this site for my shopping later. I don't have any small kids, but I am actually planning to buy some few gifts for my tiny nephews and nieces in the Philippines. It's such a perfect timing finding this site just in time for my travel to my country this April :).
I actually like some onesies (like the photo above) for my smaller nephews. It's kinda cute letting them wear those and will take photos of them doing their innocent poses :). It would be cool!
And guess what? They are offering 50% discount sale. You have to take this opportunity fast so you can save, don't you think?
Happy shopping!

Kids Zone Fun Games Online

For parents and kids alike, you no longer have to argue on what software games you have to buy. Although many such kind of games are being developed and sold in the market today, the prices are sometimes too much. Besides, kids always want new games from time to time, - which means they would want mom or dad to buy more, more and more different games at a time! Just imagine, many families of today are hanging on to a tight budget due to the present economic situation, don't you think?
But hey, how about getting your kids play free online games? Have you heard about MEGA Brands Kids Zone yet? And by the way, it's also fun for adults as well :). With Mega Brands' free games, your kids get a lot to choose from. They can enjoy playing the multi player games, quests, battles, shooting, racing or drawing games. And take note; - it's free to play indefinitely!
For younger kids, I suggest the drawing game for simpler tasks. Here, they can also color pre-made canvass online. It's ideal for kids who love art and drawing. Kids who are older as well as adults can play the quests or multi player games. I find it more challenging playing the "Legends of King Arthur." If you love knocking down your opponent, this is your game, LOL!
Don't worry, this site is safe and secure for your kids. Parents can go ahead and try playing the games on the site first before the kids can play to get the hang out of it. Let your kids enjoy the total fun and immersive online games. You won't ever regret showing them this site because this (might) mean big savings instead of buying software games in stores.

GRAND CANYON - A Land To Inspire Our Spirit

One of the most memorable trip that I had was our tour to the Grand Canyon South Rim. We had some few stops on our way to the Canyon, but I'll focus about the Grand Canyon for the meantime.

The Grand Canyon has 2 rims; the south and the north rim. We toured on the south rim so I couldn't give much details what's all about on the north rim.

The South rim has 7,000 ft. elevation and can get very cold (20-50'sF) or very hot (80'sF or higher) depending on the season.

Grand Canyon is considered to be one of the most inspiring landscapes that overwhelms the senses. Visiting the canyon is not merely seeing the view, but involves discovering history as well as learning more about plant and animal stories.

The Grand Canyon National Park is a heavenly gift. Our responsibility is to take care of it for our future generation.

The Glory of Christmas - Crystal Cathedral (Part 3 of 3)

It was such a perfect timing for us to visit Crystal Cathedral on December 11, 2008 because it was one of the days they were showing "The Glory of Christmas", - a stage play that comprised 15 acts narrating the story of the Holy Family until the Messiah was born and praised, done through singing, dancing and acting.
"The Glory of Christmas" had been an instant family tradition for 28 years which delighted and touched the hearts of over 3 million people who have witnessed it's remarkable story.
Cameras and video recordings are not allowed so take photos before the show starts. It was great to see those flying angels looked like they have wings floating on air! And real camels, horses, sheep, etc...have their own acts too! :).

The Glorious Crystal Cathedral - (Part 2)

I captured some photos around the garden while doing the tour. There are lots of them but these were the ones captured by our camera :).
"The Miracle of the Loaves and Fishes - Smiling Jesus" done in 1997. This is a monumental bronze sculpture done by Dr. John M. SOderberg, and a gift from Frank and Evelyn Freed.

"Joyful Jesus - I Found Him!" done in 2000. A monumental bronze sculpture by De L'Esprie and a gift from Bill and Elna Bryant. Beneath this classic piece is a limited burial space.

"Job" - done in 1983. That's me included in the photo...LOL! This life-size sculpture made of white Vermont granite is a work of art by Dallas Anderson. There's also a limited burial space available beneath this classic piece at the entrance to the Crystal Cathedral Memorial Gardens. This inspiring sculpture is available for inscription by a donor or a family who will be remembered for the ages.

The Glorious Crystal Cathedral - Part 1

The Crystal Cathedral is one of the most favoritely visited during our trip to Anaheim, California. Best of all, the tour is free :).
You can either choose to do the tour on your own, or have a tour guide with you which is also free. Tour guides are mostly church elder members of the church by whom they are very well knowledgeable of everything in and out of the cathedral.

Yes, you can really say Crystal Cathedral is a God-inspired garden situated on grounds where the Bible comes to life! The fact that biblical statues are scattered around the cathedral is a good place for many to experience the Bible in a more exciting way...
You can see famous Biblical persons in the form of rocks and bronze statues such as The 10 Commandments, Jesus Walking on the Water ("Peace be Still") and more.

World famous sculptors such as Henry Van Wolfe - sculptor of "The Good Shepherd" and Dallas Anderson's life-size white Vermont granite statue of Job did these work of arts on the grounds of Crystal Cathedral.

The inside of the cathedral is surprisingly awesome! You'll continously be awed by its unique structural designs as well. This is a good chance to learn more from your tour guide while you ask more questions about the building, their musical instruments, etc...

The St. Paul's Chapel-New York (Part 2)

Here is a note about St. Paul's Chapel that made a history in the whole wide world.

For nearly a year after the 2001 attack on the World Trade Center, St. Paul's Chapel served as a relief mission for recovery workers at Ground Zero. Over 14,000 volunteers worked in 12 hour shifts to provide solace, comfort and care for 2,000 workers each day.

St. Paul's Chapel became the spiritual home of Ground Zero.

For many, it was the first time they had ever volunteered, and they discovered that one individual's efforts could indeed make a difference. The poet Chester Johnson was one of the many who came to St. Paul's offering his help to those who needed hope and healing. Like many who volunteered their time, he discovered that what he took away from this place of extraordinary ministry was far greater than what he brought in.

The St. Paul's Chapel - New York (Part 1)

On November 29, 2008, I got the chance to visit St. Paul's Chapel. This chapel is so far Manhattan's oldest public building in continous use. There are long stories about this chapel that made itself a part of American and world book history when the 911 attack happened. There are so much things to be shared as well, but let me just share to you a poem by J. Chester Johnson that describes this chapel when that fateful day happened:

It stood. Not a window broken. Not a stone dislodged.
It stood when nothing else did.
It stood when terrorists brought September down.
It stood among myths. It stood among ruins.

To stand was its purpose, long lines prove that.
It stands, and around it now, a shrine of letters, poems, acrostics, litter of the heart.
It is the standing people want:
To grieve, serve and tend celebrate the lasting stone of St. Paul's Chapel.

And deep into its thick breath, the largest banner fittingly from Oklahoma climbs heavenward with hands as stars, hands as stripes, hands as a flag;
and a rescuer reaches for a stuffed toy to collect a touch;
and George Washington's pew doesn't go unused.

Charity fills a hole or two.

It stood in place of other sorts.
It stood when nothing else could.
The great had fallen, as the brute hardware came down.

It stood.

I must admit, I am a Maryland resident, and a frequent traveler at that. I and my husband were trying to look for a vacation rental ad on a newspaper closer to our place last year, but we didn't find one and we ended up going to the western coast of the US, more than a thousand miles away from our home where we felt just "away from home." We didn't even thought of searching the internet...well, that was an act of what we call "spur of the moment" decision-making. It's just a surprising feeling to discover later that it was like I was just one step away to the right place but turned my back and chose walking more than a thousand miles to a foreign place.
We should have used this on that previous vacation we had. That was a big regret but there is always "next time", right? ;).

No wonder Rentalo.com is being used by more than five million travelers for their vacation rentals search, as well as it provides listings for good hotels, condos, apartments, etc. Rentalo.com is considered to be the world's largest online vacation rentals offering access to 120,000 properties to its customers, with a lot of exclusive deals from hotels, inns, condos and apartments worldwide.
You can also subscribe to their free newsletter that gives you the latest travel news and updates.
