A traveller's trails...

Since this is my first post, I might as well write about me being transformed into a "jet setter"...a traveller.

For more than 30 years, I don't consider myself as a traveller. I haven't been even to places worth visiting in my own country. And I was not fond of it way back then. Not until when I met my husband that I started to travel locally. Maybe, a hundred miles is my longest, and would find myself rambling about it.

The day after our wedding, I had my very first international travel going to Hong Kong for our honeymoon. Wow, after 34 loooong years, I was able to step my both feet off from Philippines soil, and landed my first international travelling steps to HK. Being a first timer at that, excitement was there...here and there of long walks and enjoying the scenic atmosphere.

Whew! long story to tell, but after that long trip, I learned to feel the enjoyment of travelling. Of course, there are the ups and downs in there, but the feeling of travelling with the person you love always prevails ;)...what do you think?

Now, I am here and doing my travelogue. I've thought of doing it because it's like taking down notes on the important travelling events in my life on my calendar. Except that it is being written down on a computer keyboard and kept online. It's like tracking my trails...and the places I am visiting, which I find it fun.

So, hopefully by next post, I can now start the itinerary one at a time. Of course, I have to start doing it from the earlier travels that I and my husband did, and so as it will be expected, it will be an outdated one, until I can catch up to our current travels.

God willing, it would turn out well.
