The New England Aquarium is located at Boston's waterfront (Long Wharf). We spent the rest of our day dropping by at the aquarium after watching at the IMAX Theater.
We've been to many aquariums before, but since we were there, we thought of using our remaining time before going back to our hotel.
We were able to catch the Penguin Feedings by the biologists that early afternoon. And yes, those penguins are really cute, but when it comes to eating their food, - they devour their fish whole! :). As we climbed further on the 2nd floor, we were amused to see at least more than 130 different species of animals ina giant ocean tank. This is the spot where you can really see each one of them up close.
Harbor Seal {Front Plaza} - this is just located at the left side fronting the aquarium on its main entrance. There are scheduled harbor seal training sessions here. You can watch them for free as they interact with their trainers. it's usually held at 10am, 11:45am and 3:45pm. Catch those times so you won't miss them.
